We are facing downtime at our servers at LA since this morning. We are working with the data center right now and we will not sleep until it is solved.
We are fully aware and completely consious of the issues its it causing to our customers and do feel pinch of it.
We will just update everyone here to avoid delay in what we are doing. We need all our staff to work on this problem so we will be avoiding tickets for now.
we will assure you that we will do our best to work and fix this the soonest time. This is something we can't control as we also rely on our data center work. Sorry for the inconvenience.
